E' vero,Pigi.
Tasted by Bowmanifesto on 2/19/2012 & rated 98 points: "This is the best bottle of Champagne I have ever enjoyed. Indeed, it is the highest ranked wine in the hundreds that I have reviewed. Shared with the Bowman Family at The Beacon, over President's weekend 2012, especially celebrating the news of our second grandchild, due to be born in October. For the wine, it shows light gold in the glass, with tiny bubbles. On the nose, notes of
yeast, honey and creme brûlée. On the palate, a luxuriant blend of rich Chardonnay grapes married with expansive and vibrant Pinot Noir. A dance of
apples, pears and lemons, each making the other rise to the peak.Truly a triumph"
Tasted by The Palate on 6/2/2012 & rated 93 points: The PALATE:Pretty bright yellow.
Pecans, marzipan, almonds evolving towards roasted as it opened up,
orange marmalade. Long 30+ sec. Complex!
White chocolate.

Creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel with rich fruit flavors of citrus and pear. This was followed by vanilla, creme brulee and white chocolate, turning slightly sweet on the long finishTasted by Lombardi on 1/12/2012 & rated 93 points: Overall an amazing Champagne! Young and primary yet. We tasted this paired with 200 Krug. You could clear see the difference in the
fruit character and the finish.
Riper, more tropical and less citrus. Good structure. More on the medium+ body.
